Before you write
- Tool problem: tell us your phone or computer model and browser (for example “Samsung A54, Chrome”). Most problems are fixed by calibrating again after changing the page zoom.
- Wrong size on a page: include the page address and the size you think is wrong.
- Which size to buy: tell us what you measured (ring inner diameter in mm, or hand circumference in cm) and the shop’s size chart if you have it.
